Pennies for Prison

Pennies for Prison is a fundraiser project that helps to raise money to expand parenthood programs in America's prisons. In addition, we work hard to protect both parents' rights during incarceration and in the community. By helping to raise funds, parents and their children can continue to stay in touch during incarceration. It is proven that a connection between a parent and their child during incarceration lowers recidivism rates.

ALL profits that are raised goes directly to these programs & prisons. Such programs as the "Inside-Out Dad" curriculum from the Non-Profit Organization "National Fatherhood Initiative" will be utilized to help educate fathers in prison. http://www.fatherhood.org/insideoutdad.asp

Our goal is to raise $30,000 dollars by the year 2012...that's 3 million pennies.
